Shipping & Handling: Shipping prices are estimated at your time of order placement at checkout. Weight, Size of package, and location determine the cost of shipping. These estimated prices will be adjusted once the order is processed. We will contact you with the final quote for shipping.

Average shipping costs are between $14-$24 depending on the method you prefer – UPS is more expensive than USPS or Canada Post, but also faster.

All shipping methods include tracking to North America. We ship via Postal Delivery method by default which is the cheapest method. For shipment locations in Europe, Australia, Japan and other International locations our default shipping method may not include tracking.

If you wish your order to be shipped via UPS which always includes international tracking, please respond to the initial email we send to you.

If our estimates on checkout are lower than the actual cost of shipping for your order we’ll contact you with details

If our estimates on checkout are higher than the actual cost of shipping your order we’ll reimburse you the balance once we ship your package. You never pay more than actual shipping cost.

If shipping cost exceeds our online estimated price:

1. If the cost of shipping exceeds the estimate you paid at the time of ordering for our default shipping method, we will send you a notification/PayPal Bill to your email you used to place your PayPal order of the balance of shipping for delivery.

2. Once the order is finalized with shipping your package will be shipped.

*If shipping price exceeds the price you paid at checkout, the balance must be paid before we can ship your package to you. See steps above.

Please Note: If we do not receive a response within 48 hours we will attempt to contact you again. If the finalized shipping total is not paid or we do not hear from you within 7 days from the date of ordering, your order will not be shipped and will be canceled. Your account will be refunded the order and shipping price minus a handling fee of $10.00.

Processing: your order takes 24-48 hours from time of order placement. Orders are shipped Mondays-Fridays excluding national holidays.

Adjustments: In the event the shipping charge is slightly different than quoted estimate at your time of order placement, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Packaging: We ship your products in boxes filled with insulating bio-degradable organic cornstarch “peanuts” instead of styrofoam. This is another aspect of Eternal Bodhi working with and honouring nature for environmental care and good ethics. We do our best to use minimal packaging for our products, and choose recyclable packaging where possible.

Carrier Options: Options for delivery include Postal Delivery services and UPS. For All International Orders UPS is the standard delivery mode for fastest shipment. Postal Delivery options are available to some countries delivered to you by your Federal Postal Carrier. Example. carrier for the United States delivery is with USPS, carrier for Canada is Canada Post.

Shipping Times: depending on your shipping options, select your shipping preference at check out time. UPS Standard average 3-6 days. Postal service varies depending on your location – choose the option most suitable for your desired speed of delivery.

Tracking: Options for delivery all include online tracking. With this option you will recieve a tracking number which you can view online to watch the progress of your order delivery to your location.

Returns: All shipping charges to and from the customer is to be paid by the customer in any instance of a return. We only accept unopened product returns as we can not verify the contents of a product once it has been opened. Example. our essential oils are tamper proof sealed, if the seal is broken it is considered opened. UPS is the fastest shipping method but the most expensive.

Shipments are usually received by customers within 3-6 days with UPS.
